Linxiao's paper "Crystal Structure Transformation in Chevrel Phase Mo 6S 8 Induced by Aluminum Intercalation" was accepted by Chemistry of Materials. In this paper we proposed a new Al intercalation mechanism distinctly different from monovalent and divalent cations intercalation into Mo 6S 8.
